Before beginning, be sure to have your email address and your child's Student ID information on hand.  This information will be required so that you may receive low balance notifications via email.  The Student ID is required so that your accounts will be aligned with the proper USD309 student/s and properly direct your online payments.

NOTE : If you wish NOT to register yourself for the online payments, that decision is completely up to you.  Just complete Step 1 only.  This will register you through the USD309 LunchBox Server and will still allow you to keep track of your students account through the Parent Portal.  By NOT completing Step 2, you will not have the added benefit of the " Low Balance " notifications via email and options available through our USD309 e-Funds service.  If the notifications are important to you, complete both Steps 1 & 2.  Either way you choose, you can still pay in person or the way you have always done in the past.
Because we are no longer using Power Lunch through our PowerSchool Student Information System, we encourage all of our parents to register through Step 1 so that parents can keep track of their students lunch account information.  Lunch balances and information will only be accessible through our LunchBox Program.


There will be two different registration processes to go through.  One is to setup and register an account directly with USD309's LunchBox Server.  Two is to setup a completely separate account with e-Funds online payment center.  In order to have online payment options available to you, you must register at both sites.   This will allow your payments to be applied to your student/s school lunch account for any food purchases.  After doing so, you will be able to setup the low balance notification and to check on and keep track of your children/s status within the LunchBox Parent Portal.

The following links will take you to the separate areas where the two registrations will be necessary.  Be sure to write down your login information and store it in a safe place for future reference if necessary.

Also, be sure to read any and all information regarding our online payment options.  To have this service available, there may be convenience fees that will apply to the different options you choose.

Click Here  -  Step 1  -  This will direct you to USD309's LunchBox Server for registration.  Once the screen opens up, you will see a " New Parent Signup " button in the left-hand part of the screen.  Once you are signed up, then you will use the main login fields to enter your information to login and proceed to your parent portal.

Click Here  -  Step 2  -  This will direct you to USD309's e-Funds For Schools website page.  On the right-hand side of the page is where you will click on the " Register Here " link to complete your registration for the actual online payments.  This is the site where you will return to pay for and apply any payments to your students lunch account.
